Dust free blasting 
A highly efficient and moreover, environmentally friendly way of pre-treating surfaces, is electrical dust free mechanical blasting. This technology was adopted by Van der Ende in the 1990s and is now widely used.
This is not that surprising, as this method offers many advantages over conventional blasting. With this, the amount of waste is reduced by over 90% and as a result of the extraction system, all blasting abrasive, paint and corrosion residues are directly extracted and stored for removal. The steel grit is recycled and reused. The blaster has been replaced by an operator, who can operate the entire installation with a joystick. Our blasting machines can be used on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. In this way for example, large sections of storage tanks can be blasted quickly, safely and in an environmentally friendly manner.
